Blend the almonds and the water until smooth (as possible)
Pass through a cheese cloth and squeeze thoroughly until no more liquid is coming out. Optional: add any of your desired add-ins.
For the crackers: take the almond pulp from the cheese cloth, mix with the rest of the cracker ingredients, and work with your hands to create a ball of dough. Line the ball on a baking sheet, place another baking sheet on top of it and work with a rolling pin until very thin. Mark the crackers with a knife and use a fork to make holes in them. Move to an oven pre heated to 180 C, bake for 20 minutes, turn the crackers and bake for another 20 minutes (until it starts to brown).
