Melt the cocoa butter/coconut butter (1/2 cup) in a Bain-marie (a small pot heated over a bigger pot).
When it melts mix it thoroughly with the almond butter (1/2 cup), the chosen sweetener (1/4 cup plus 3 table spoons), vanilla extract (1 tea spoon) and a pinch of salt.
Pour into small baking molds and place in the freezer to harden.
Store in the freezer and grab one out when in the mood for a sweet snack!
