Melt the ½ a cup cocoa butter, ¼ cup cocoa mass, and ¼ cup maple syrup using a Bain-marie or simply in a cup over a pot with boiling water.
Pour into a straight pan covered with a baking sheet, toss in any of the add-ins you like, and place in the fridge.
You can cut bite size pieces after 15 minutes.
